Complex Machining and Assembly

Our machining centers hold 0.0004" tolerances. Our spindle speeds reaching 12,000 RPM and accuracies that allow us to use carbide end mill cutters as small as .040" in diameter and we have drilled as small as .020" holes in aluminum. We have the capability to machine components ranging from few ounces to >1000 lbs. Our machines have the capability to mill from few inches to 59'' x 39'' x 31'' in X, Y & Z respectively, Turned from few inches to 16'' diameter & 61'' long. We use HSS, Kovar, Ceramic, Titanium, Stellite and Cubic boron Nitride cutting tools/holders for better machining accuracy.
