• PVX ultrasonic thickness gauge Mitutayo Portable Surface Finish Tester
• Trimos V3 -600 Vertical Height and Squareness Checking Instrument – with Granite Surface Table 63” X 40”
• Outside micrometers up to 16” in steps of 1”
• Vernier Calipers, Slip Gauges, Measuring Pins, Bore dial gauges etc. apart from Specific Master Ring Gauges and Special Receiver gauges.

The above instruments and equipments are effectively utilized by a dedicated team of trained personnel. The team is well versed with all tools of Quality Management System employed globally such as FMEA, PPAP, CAPA, TQM, Six sigma and 5S with an aim to control in house rejection within 1000 PPM and Customer End Rejections less than 100 PPM.
